INTERIM HR MANAGER – FINANCE PRACTICE

This opportunity is with a Top 10 Finance Practice in Dublin City Centre.  A truly interesting place to spend your working days, complete with beautiful office surroundings and an enviable portfolio of clients.    We now require an Interim HR Manager with particular expertise in Recruitment, Learning & Development and Generalist HR.  Someone who can display leadership abilities through multiple course delivery, project management and adaptable communication skills.  This key role requires excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the business. 

On successful hire you will assume responsibility for:

  • Assume accountability for delivering a best in class Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with the HRD to deliver initiatives around TA, L&D and progressive HR programmes.
  • Develop a toolkit for managing change.
  • Engage with the Senior Leadership Team to influence positively on the people strategy.
  • Design, champion and deliver learning interventions within an Irish and International Framework. 
  • Deliver leadership and Training programmes, while constantly striving to improve the courses in line with business needs.
  • Consult and advise senior managers on initiatives to drive high performance.
  • Measure the impact of learning interventions on key business metrics.
  • Manage external training providers on subject content, delivery and SLA’s.

To get this job, you will have the following competencies:

  • Self starting individual who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with proven ability to deliver results in a fast moving and challenging environment
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of the retail market. 
  • Degree qualified with CIPD or IITD membership.
  • 3-4yrs experience in design and delivery of training programmes.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering HR Programs for Recruitment, Learning & Development and HR Project Work.  
  • Proven track record in striving for continuous improvement and driving efficiencies, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience of budget setting and management.
