This global FMCG company headquartered in Dublin that exports iconic brands to over 110 countries with multiple subsidiaries worldwide requires an internal audit manager to join their team. This company invests in its people and takes pride in the development and career progression of its staff. What will the day to day responsibilities look like?

  • You will be reporting to the Group Head of Internal Audit
  • Ensure that internal controls with the group are effective in minimising risk and exposure
  • Assist with the development of audit tests and prepare audit programmes for review
  • Assist with audit investigations to bring audits to completion within agreed timeframes
  • Drafting reports , agree actions and implementation dates

That sound ideal, so what experience do I need to have?

  • You'll need to have an Accounting Qualification (ACCA or ACA)
  • You'll need audit experience - Ideally 5 years with 1 years post qualified experience
  • A problem solving mind-set  with the ability to analyse situations and devise solutions
  • The ability to present and discuss complex technical information in a way that is understandable to others
  • You'll have to be open to travel.  This roles requires 2-3 days travel per week on average.
