International Payroll Manager 

What is the opportunity?

To work for one of Irelands most successful companies and be an integral part of the senior finance management team. This is an opportunity that does not come around very often.

The International Payroll Manager is responsible for the management and control of all employee payments related to payroll, expenses and staff commission payments. 

What is my Day to Day?

  • Managing the in-house payroll team across multi-sites.
  • Oversee Internal and extenal audits.
  • Support colleagues in annual cycle compensation items. For example, Flexible benefits enrolments, annual pay & bonus.
  • Support and lead implementation of projects that impact payroll both from a regulatory and IT perspective.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required to the head of finance.


What do you need?

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience of working with large and often complicated payroll process
  • Detailed working knowledge of payroll reporting and compliance.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computerised payroll systems
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Proven experience of running in-house payroll, expenses and overtime payment processes.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, working independently and self-driven
  • Highly flexible with an appetite to take on a variety of activities.
  • Superior analytical and decision-making skills
