This organisation is the number one visited shopping website for these type of products in the US, and is a technology company with a real passion for data. They use leading-edge proprietary technology, search algorithms and innovate analytics to provide best-in-class solutions for customers. They have begun to introduce their platform and products to the Italian market, with an excellent response so far, and are hoping to welcome an Italian-speaking account executive to their Dublin-based team to help build revenue.


Sounds good so far, now what would my day-to-day look like?

Researching and contacting leads in Italy to educate them on the benefits of the search engine marketing product
Working to understand clients' difficulties and challenges in their work, in order to find the best solution for them 
Using phone, email and occasional face-to-face client visits to enable the best and more productive interactions with clients and potential clients
Using your knowledge of search engine marketing to connect with clients and explain benefits to non-technical clients 
Set and smash monthly goals in relation to activity and revenue


Great, but what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

Fluent (ideally native Italian) with 100% English

At least 2-3 years of inside sales experience with a strong ability to close
Strong previous experience in sales or account management relating to SEM or SEO products and a good understanding of the technologies
Target-driven outlook, and commitment to overachieving on targets consistently
Persuasive communication skills, strong negotiation skills and excellent abilities around the organisation, time management, and pipelining
Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage

This role is permanent, based in a great new office in Dublin City Centre (within easy access of Luas and buses), and will pay up to €55,000 (OTE of €100,000) + an excellent package and plenty of workplace perks including catered lunches.
