Want to work for a small successful Irish high-tech product business-based in Swords, Dublin?

In this role you will get to work with some highly experienced business people in the Dental technology space and provide full support to Dental Technicians and Dental services professionals (Ireland and the UK mainly) around technical issues surrounding scanning, CAD/CAM Software, 3D printing solutions.

Sounds great, so what will I be doing?

The successful candidate will:

Provide technical and application support to customers via telephone and remote access.
Maintain adequate records of all support requests including time spent etc
Monitor ongoing support issues and report to management and liaise with supplier support teams to achieve timely resolution.
Be target driven and aim to meet and exceed expectations on turnaround
Analyse, develop and implement processes to improve efficiency in delivery of support.

So how do I get an interview?

Well you will have a recent IT qualification giving you some good fundamental understanding of operating systems enabling you to have the ability to problem solve technical software issues to find solutions. You will be the kind of person who can demonstrate having gone beyond the call of duty to provide the highest level of customer care in the past. You will be eager to learn and develop new technical skills and have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for technology and problem solving. You must be fluent in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with customers.


Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm and salary is €26,000 - €30,000 DOE
