A giant in the technology, device and telco space these guys are interacting with some of Ireland’s most prominent recognisable and utilised brands. You’d be hard pushed to find someone on the island who hasn’t owned, or at the very least come into contact with one of their products in recent years. With some exciting and successful new ventures in the past year and some exciting plans ahead, 2019 is set to be a massive year for the company. Despite new ventures and plans, their existing clients and their success very much remain a priority to this company and there is a requirement for a key account manager to join the team and look after one of the company’s largest accounts.

This sounds great! What will I be doing every day?

  • You’ll be looking after one of the company’s largest accounts, a prominent Irish brand that requires a dedicated Account Manager to offer continuous support in this space. You’ll be looking at a 60/40 split between head office and being with on-site with the client.
  • Your key goals for this position will be maintain and grow the account through working to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and performance targets, and to develop new avenues of income from the existing account.  All the while you will be focused on the SLAs and KPIs of the client.
  • You’ll also work closely with the in-house product team and vendors on range selection and lifecycle management.
  • You’ll work on product promotional calendars, incentives and sales initiatives for the client to roll out to their sales teams and produce a weekly report to record and monitor this.

I seriously want this job!!!! What do I need to bring to the table?

  • The person who moves into this role with have significant experience in key account management with an absolute minimum of 2 years’ experience, but preferably will have 4 years’ experience plus. This who have e3xperence engaging with clients in the telco space will be preferred.
  • You’ll have a strong track record in working to targets along with some great standout performance key wins.
  • Flexibility and adaptability is super important here as you’ll be working to the requirements of the client.
  • If you are experienced and confident in needs analysis this will be of huge benefit to you in this job.
  • An understanding and interest in technology, particularly in the mobile tech and development space.

This job is offering a salary of €40,000 plus a €10,000 bonus, a range of additional benefit including a company phone and laptop, a significant discount on products, a healthcare and pension package, and subsidised parking.
