Key Account Manager

It’s very much a solution sale, where you are working with your accounts to provide them the best digital mediums for them to reach their customers and increase their marketing ROI

Sounds good, what will my day be like??

• Managing an existing base of TIER 1 KEY accounts and building relationships to really understand their business and work in tandem with them to grow their business and increase their ROI
• Building relationships and really understanding your clients’ business, their goals, their marketing strategy and providing expertise advice on how to help them, achieve their milestones. The end goal is your customer’s goals!
• Embark on a journey of customer success, working with your customers to increase adoption and drive continued value of the solutions and services
• Communicating with your clients in a focused and compelling way that drives thoughts and actions
• Collaborating with internal departments, sharing insights from the marketplace regarding product development, competitors, new ideas etc.
• Be excited to learn and get involved in new developments and growth within the company.. There are tonnes of more new products and solutions on the way too!

Are you the right profile? To be successful in this role you will

• Have a proven track record in account management in a B2B solutions sales capacity
• Be commercially focused while always keeping the customer at the heart of your actions
• Understand/be interested in the world of digital marketing/e-commerce/advertising and the analytics that support it

Location: Dublin City Centre

Package: €40,000 - €50,000 + uncapped commission + quarterly incentives + benefits
