My client is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join their team. This role based out of their head office in Dublin.You will act as an escalation point when the level one engineers can’t find a solution you’ll be set the task of solving the problem, most of this work will be done remotely as you’ll be dealing with their operations in the UK and Ireland. You will also get a chance to involve yourself in projects as they revamp and improve their infrastructure – they’re currently migrating to O365 with more projects coming down the line. As the executive board sits here in Dublin you’ll also get to work alongside the C-suite executives resolving any issues they may have.

What you’ll bring ?

•Solid knowledge of networking, Win 10, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Servers, VMWare and Citrix.
•Effective problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and good organisation and prioritisation skills.
•Experience of working in a busy environment, to targets, and within timescales.
•Demonstrable service management experience.
