Manager of Client Relations

The opportunity here for you is to join (and lead) a division who are performing really well, working with a hugely scalable product in a company whose global success is now being newly replicated in Europe. This site is a big deal, with high energy, super systems, great product and investment and enormous appetite for European domination in their space.

This role will take leadership of a team of commercial agents who are acting as individual contributors. Their remit is to manage already onboarded, B2B clients with a focus on excellence in account performance and development. They could be likened to a lifecycle team, who commence with accounts that are relatively newly signed, and take them through the onboarding process and beyond. The beyond bring the client and the team right through the entire lifecycle, optimizing relationships and performance at every stage and renewing and upselling as appropriate.

Currently, this is a compact team, with 8 people within it. These numbers will grow healthily through 2019 and beyond, so you’ll be looking at a manageable bigger team as the accounts develop.

  • The product here is a web based, sales platform within the motor industry. It’s a b2b model, with a consumer end user. You can expect high levels of data, analytics, focus on retention rates and conversions.
  • The clients that you and your team are managing will be supported via designated account managers, regular and detailed reviews, clear ROI stats, and a really warm, professional supportive approach.
  • You’ll be the leader and driver for enabling your team to succeed, motivating the performance, being really clear on your metrics and results.
  • Being capable of both promoting and delivering on discipline, whilst maintaining a really positive, upbeat performing team with an inspiring leader is key.
  • You should have a similar aptitude for excellence, be really comfortable and confident in handling stakeholder engagement and working in line with the overall strategies. Naturally, there is a drive for strong pipeline and sales management and accurate handling of targets and numbers. This is a role requiring analytical skills, focus and attention to fact.
