This role can be based in the UK, or potentially Dublin. For the UK we are looking at a base salary of approx £100K Plus bonus, car allowance.

This role will assume leadership for a key part of an expansion of a major software / Ecommerce brand as they develop their European markets. We are looking for someone with ideas, creativity, super-honed discipline and a professional background within the scaling and optimising of partnerships with a software/ecommerce platform product.

The background is that this role is a brand-new position, with a US brand who have succeeded in becoming the no 1 platform for their purpose within the American market. Having recently launched in Europe, they are at relatively early stage (2 years) of their territory expansion here. With a HQ in Dublin, and substantial success within the UK market, the next few years will see ongoing growth and territory launches in European countries, which you’ll also be involved with. An additional European language would be highly beneficial for these reasons.

We can potentially locate this role in either the UK OR IRELAND, there is a slight preference for the UK due to the large account base existing there. If in the UK, this will be a remote based role with support and reporting line from your senior team in the US and in Ireland. You’ll require skills of entrepreneurialism, leadership, excellent analytical skills with a level of familiarity with working within a creative, yet highly disciplined business with a deep trust of data, analytics and basing commercial decisions upon them.


What this will involve:


·        Take a lead on commercial negotiations and development plans for key partner accounts.

·        Be based in either the UK or Ireland – Bearing in mind that the Ireland base will necessitate regular travel to the UK.

·        Focus closely on the analytical data that’s available to launch, develop and optimise various products and indeed partnerships!

·        Position your self a a key representative for these accounts and drive actionable moves to ensure positive outcomes and results for your clients.


The background that’ll have you well positioned:

·        3-4 years within a similar partnership development role within a similar industry.

·        High level of confidence and credibility, with a level of comfort within a growing brand and new launches.

·        Availability to travel.

·        Ideally a second language, English Plus German/Spanish or French would be ideal.

·        Detail focused with demonstrable capability in interpreting data and applying to a realistic strategy.
