NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – UK

This role is a remote based position, and will involve working with some of  your employers top named accounts from onboarding stage and beyond. The company is a major US multinational, with a massively successful challenger brand here in Europe. With a HQ centralised in Dublin, the UK roles are managed from there and will enjoy the support of an established, experienced team along with a superb product.

The industry is software – more definitely this is an ecommerce platform with a difference. Hugely experienced leadership team at the helm, and the platform has already grown to be the No1 of its industry in the US.

 Your contribution will be to apply well developed skill set around the relationships management and commercial detail for each named account.  Whilst primarily a desk-based role, you’ll have the regular opportunity to meet your clients, and spend time directly with them on site. Your skills will optimise your clients experience and indeed usage of the platform, with a focus on best practice from beginning to end, involving usage of the site, commercial results for the clients, interpretation of data and the development of trust.

On a day to day basis:

 

·        You’ll be fully equipped to work from home and will experience high levels onf training, employer support and understanding pre-commencement!

·        You’ll be assigned accounts from the sales team, and you’ll handle the onboarding and optimisation of these accounts. This will ultimately lead to retention/up-selling targets.

·        You’ll be the client “go-To” for all queries from usage, tools, data, advice, support to billing and content.

·        You’ll also be in a position to meet on a face to face basis, and will attend site handling account management up to C-Level contacts.

 

Your Skill Set:

 

·        You should bring 3+ years of high level account management including the use of analytical / data based tools.

·        You should have a strong insight to the formal management of large accounts.

·        Commercial focus and determination to succeed – your should convey a sense of determination and urgency to completing tasks and resolving issues.

·        Naturally and comfortable networker in a professional sense. You should enjoy the face to face aspects.

·        An interest in the motor industry would be advantageous!
