One of Irelands leading entrepreneurial organisation has admirably (and very successfully) spent a considerable time building and creating a leading consumer brand management team. Together, this group have propelled carefully selected food and drink labels to enormous success through Ireland and the UK. The business prides itself on hugely innovative positioning of superb, well marketed, progressive consumer (FMCG) products. With a team of almost 200 currently managing, supporting, marketing and developing household drinks and modern, alternative convenience food brands – here’s a big chance to join the flagship office in Dublin city centre.

This city centre office, decked head to toe in gorgeous product branding, pool tables and the like, houses the marketing and leadership team with a about 50+ heads. This role is open as one longstanding team members talents are needed in another part of the business, thus vacating a full time, hugely important role.

This will involve being the front of house, both in person / mail / phone – daily dealing with enquiries and multiple transfers and communication management. This is a high profile, savvy brand business who appreciate similar qualities in their employees. If you’re confident with decision making, hugely efficient in your administration competencies and can definitely claim above par written and verbal communication, then this environment may suit you. You can expect a massively busy and fun environment, with multiple small but very important daily coordination tasks. You’ll gradually develop into the core management of the business administration and as your familiarity with the business grows you’ll be entrusted with important supplier relationship management. Your colleagues are working with global, high visible brands, travelling and welcoming Account Directors to Dublin, and generally priding themselves at working in an efficient, up-beat, professional and creative company. Here’s a bit more on the day to day:

  • Day to day management and coordination: This involves ensuring the core office systems are managed. Ensuring that stock is available ( there are product show fridges), storage and surrounds are controlled and very presentable, manage the cleaners and generally maintain the existing standards.
  • RECEPTION – Phone, desk and email are centralized with you. Naturally, guests will be received and welcomed by you, so you’re the all important first impression! This employer place huge importance on this, so your role here is of high value.
  • OFFICE COORDINATION / PA – You’ll be relied upon for booking meeting rooms / coordinating travel arrangements / office birthdays! (cake is also of high value here).  You could be booking taxis and generally supporting the business activities.
  • DAILY tasks to ensure smooth running could be ad-hoc, managing mail, offering observations on improvements, managing petty cash etc.
