So what’s’ different about this office?…...

Well…. all the walls are painted in primary colours for a start, but what’s happening within those walls is really where things get interesting. One of the most eye catching, successful and modern consumer convenience food product to emerge from Ireland in the last few years has a team of exceptional talent behind them. Here in their Dublin HQ, we have a team of approx 20, specialising across marketing, international dales, finance and supply chain along with frequent visitor and Directors, they form a creative, engaged and fun team of colleagues. What we currently would like to hire on is a positive, proactive office manager who can both handle office coordination and some other side projects around customer interaction, personnel coordination, and day to day handling of communications, the systems within the building and proactive look at some of the established systems and tweaking as you see improvements could be made. This is a lively, energetic, open and supportive team who have created a really successful, (and lovely) product! As the extend their stretch internationally, this team will be supporting the growth and confidence and ideas.



• This is an office-based role, working hours are M-F, 8:30 – 5pm. We will need someone with access to a car just for some brief duties that may require going to the shop (more about that later…)

• Communication – Phone, face to face and written. This is crucial, your role is important and sets the tone from the outset. We are looking for someone with a really positive, yet managed manner with possibly some exposure in hospitality to enable them to handle all interactions!

• The office systems being used are all within the MS Suite. A decent level of excel for some support, and ideally also PowerPoint to enable support for some of the directors would be great.

• Attention to detail – this is crucial. Office support, and coordination of PA type duties will be your remit, along with some other careful filing, system control and recordings will be involved. This is a really lovely office, well located and with a great team to work with. Also, there’s a big future here as the product has been so successful to date, and continues to flourish. We’d love to bring in a person with qualities around observation, gentle leadership and strong systems management to be able to strongly support the vision of the leadership team and the culture they are creating.
