Offering a range of products to suit dealer-vendors in industries from forestry to farming to hospitality, businesses partnering with SME Leasing can offer a stress-free HP/leasing solution to their customers, increasing sales and driving revenue. To make sure the market knows about SME Leasing’s ultra-flexible solutions and how they can positively impact their business, they are looking to welcome an adaptable and commercially-savvy partner acquisition manager to their team. This person will be based in the Munster region and will be responsible for introducing SME Leasing to businesses all over the region, and on-boarding them  as valued partners, so that they can refer customers looking for a hire-purchase solution that suits them. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly-scaling Irish finance business where the manger will be afforded full autonomy to research and approach business, manage your own diary as regards appointments, and report back leads to managers in other territories. As the company grows, opportunities for progression and growth will continue to present themselves.



The day-to-day…


This is a field-based role. You’ll applied a disciplined, commercial development approach to your region.


This activity will be based around qualified appointments, route planning, face to face meetings with both brand new clients and accounts that require development and management.


These activities will require a constant level of awareness, engagement and research on both industries and businesses to identify prospective new partner, then organising your diary to get in front of decision-makers to explain the benefits of SME’s product suite.


The company operate through a very user-friendly, tailored CRM system and it’s a crucially important part of your role that your work, progress and activities are recorded here.


Your Team: The organisation harbours and supports a brilliantly open environment, with all team members expected to work well with one another. You and your team members have ownership on your territories, and you’re very likely to be in close contact with them exchanging valuable information and leads as a team.


Account Management: Keeping in close communication with your colleagues in office based support to analyse the quality of customers being passed on by approved businesses, and work with your contacts therein to optimise conversion. You can also work with your accounts in a meaningful way for this information to improve their business.


Working to identify and develop niche industry areas to saturate the leasing and HP market to the exclusion of competitors


Achieve targets as regards businesses on-boarded and approved.

The person…

You will need a capable commercial focus, and ideally a background in solution sales.
This is a B2B sales, within the SME sector and is field based. You ideally will have a like foundation.
You’ll have a “hunter” mentality and keep your eyes open all the time for new prospects, but also enjoy account management, relationship building and being able to offer your customers the best solution for them.
A sense of commitment and investment is important here. This company value their employees highly and are always thinking of the bigger picture. You should be prepared to want to grow and be in control within a supportive environment.
You’ll be independent, enjoy a high degree of responsibility and autonomy and be able to manage your own diary in the most efficient way to maximise your quality time with clients and prospects.

The nitty-gritty…

This role is 100% field-based within the Midlands with a requirement to attend a monthly sales meeting, and will offer a great package based on experience, including a compelling base salary with performance-based bonuses. The package also involves a fully expensed company car, phone, laptop.
