Are you a seasoned Project Manager with expert client facing skills? Are you a payments SME? Do you want to join an established Payment Consulting Team that are growing and expanding their expertise? Are you solution driven?

As Payments Project Manager within Service Operations, you will be consulting with clients in the financial services, banks, high-tech firms on all things payments! The projects are diverse and looking at open banking, new ways to make payments, instant payments, and multiple other areas.

You will join an expanding team who are well established and experts in payments practice.

You will deal with clients, on a national and international level and work with SMEs from across the globe. You will work as part of a group who deliver services in the payment context from regulatory change to cybersecurity.

  • You will play a key role within the delivery team in building payment propositions for clients
  • You will deliver projects for clients across the globe relating to payments.
  • You will manage diverse projects within the payments sphere including projects relating to regulatory change and technology advancements
  • You will ensure that you stay informed of market trends and building eminence
  • Excellent client relationship skills will be put in practice and you will build trusted long-lasting relationships
  • You will develop and or take ownership of existing or new client payment proposition(s)
  • Mentoring and guiding junior resources and passing on knowledge

Perfect! What do I need?

  • You will have strong experience understanding/experience in technical, operational or product in some of the following:
  • Card schemes, Payment schemes, Payment Networks, National Payment Schemes, Correspondent Banking, Payment Hubs or Payment Repair
  • Key process understanding across Retail Banks, Merchant Acquiring or Payment Service Providers
  • Excellent Regulatory knowledge e.g. PSD2, Interchange Fee Regulation, AML etc.
  • Scrum based Agile methodology experience delivering software projects
  • Experience defining business requirements in any major payment engine e.g. Finastra, Dovetail etc.
  • Experience designing non-functional requirements
  • Required knowledge of the current and emerging trends in the Irish and broad understanding of global payments and European markets
