You have the opportunity to work with an organic independent financial brokerage based in the heart of Dublin. This is a small company however it's superb experience and expertise allows the company to continuously enhance the advice and service it provides to its customers. Your role will be to assist in providing a first-class and proactive service to both internal and external customers on the company’s portfolio. In return you will receive on going mentoring and training from experienced members of staff as well as flexible working arrangements. There is an opportunity for career growth towards a fully advice based role for the ambitious candidate and company will assist with this through educational reimbursement.  This is a role in a relaxed environment with a tight knit team that work really well together.

Sounds great, so what will my day look like?

  • Deal with a wide range of queries from customers in relation to various policies they hold (life, pensions, investments, savings etc)
  • You will also ensure that quality standards are achieved and that all regulatory requirements are adhered to implemented in all areas of your work
  • Updating and processing policy requests and amendments
  • Supporting senior team members with work processes and administrative procedures
  • Producing and issuing client correspondence, risk assessments, issuing policy documents, updating files, submitting applications etc

What type of experience do I need to be considered?

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role.
  • Previous experience in financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Dealing with customers by phone and email
  • If not currently studying QFA’s, a big interest in studying the QFA exams
  • Great people skills and superb attention to detail.
