What’s the opportunity?

Ever at the forefront of computer technology, this corporation develops, sells and repairs computers and related products and services. They’re known across the globe and have cultivated relationships with countless other organisations. There is a requirement for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team in their Cork office for an initial 4 month contract term!

You will be providing executive support to the Vice President and the Human Resources Department with a wide range of associated administrative responsibilities. The role will be split between working as a PA and looking after HR Operational admin.

What will my day look like?

  • Organise and schedule all meetings, travel, conferences and executive activities
  • Manage bookings of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly routine departmental meetings
  • Co-ordinate staff meetings, take minutes and circulate to attendees
  • Provide agenda and supporting documentation for all relevant meetings
  • Meet and greet visitors/reinforce visitor process

The right person for the job:

Success in this role is driven by the ability to work independently combined with a high degree of time management and organisational skills. You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communication skills and to be proficient with the MS Suite. You’ll have the ability to make pragmatic decisions and build relationships quickly, taking full ownership of tasks.
