We are looking for an experienced Internal Programme Manager and this role is perfect for someone who has experience establishing a PMO for a busy delivery management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and put the efficiencies in place to enable it to grow.

Fantastic! What will the day-to-day look like?

  • KPI reporting across all projects and liaising with the project managers
  • Put in place an optimised KPI tracking methodology
  • Establish best practice and build a repository of project templates
  • Provide KPI dashboards for the Senior Leadership team on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
  • Manage, improve and optimise the Delivery Management resources, budget and capacity planning process.
  • Working with the leadership team to prioritise project delivery schedules, agreeing and communicating these timelines with clients.
  • Monitor projects to ensure agreed project management methodologies and standards are used consistently.
  • Coordinate with software development and project teams to implement improvements in the process and toolsets
  • You will design and implement project delivery and process management tools such as Ansible, Trello or JIRA.

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in running a PMO
  • Relevant Project Management Qualification
  • Problem solver and Quick Thinker
  • Expert stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Strong English, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a Telco and DevOps environment a strong advantage
