Are you a highly motivated Process Improvement Specialist with business analysis or process auditor experience looking for your next challenge? If so, I have a great opportunity for you in a multinational company based in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with claim validation, stakeholder query management, tracking and payments, as well as some experience analysing and improving operational processes. It will be your responsibility also analyse and document as-is operational processes (incentives claim validation, stakeholder query management and tracking), identify process inefficiencies and control gaps and design a to-be process that aligns to global standards.  

What do I have to have?

  • Experience in process improvement 
  • Experience in business analysis roles a plus
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical ability required
  • Experience of working in an Operations/Incentives environment a plus
  • The candidates must have high attention to detail, can work both independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable working with ambiguous/undocumented processes. 
  • Experience in a compliance environment would be considered a plus
