Marketing is headed up by an exceptional VP with a string of successes in top global SaaS co's and tech-focused agencies. Work within a marketing team of 10 but your particular role has a lot of exposure through close working relationships with the CEO, CRO and Product Leads. Lots of autonomy and expectation and reward!

What’s expected day-to-day; what’s happening in the business right now?

  • You translate what the products do but also work on pricing strategy, training of the Sales team, research, testing, and more.
  • There has been recent agency collaboration to develop branding and positioning of a newly launched product but lots of customer and competitor analysis yet needed to decide what markets to go into. So you should be skilled at qual and quant research; and making recommendations.
  • There's an exciting new product at conception stage. You'll be expected to design a great product launch campaign and develop a go-to-market analysis
  • Work with the senior leaders to drive touchless revenue streams from products (MRR). Take new products to market and optimise conversion paths, driving cross and upsell from all users
  • Generate experiments and tests to drive user adoption and retention, and optimise the journey pertaining to aspects of product features and usage.
  • Create a great product narrative to build use-cases and audience segments and work closely with the content and demand generation managers to drive demand and additional revenue

4+ years in Product Marketing | Analytical; a skilled Researcher | Excellent content creation | Customer Lifecycle Planning | Go-to-Market Planning | Project Management | Tech, start-up or ecommerce background | Cross-functional experience: a grown-up who can talk on a level with a CEO who is very focused on how product goes to market | Make an impact within a dynamic, high-growth business by being enthusiastic, proactive, energised – ambitious and unafraid to challenge senior leaders | It’s preferred if you are somebody with strong, well-backed opinions.

You will be well paid and rewarded. Salary depends on experience between €50,000 and €60,000 plus benefits (health, pension, gym, etc.). An intangible bonus is the leadership and surrounding team.
