Product Support Specialist 

This company are Ireland’s top provider of fixings direct to the construction industry, and offer best-in-class customer service and advice on top of the best quality products from global brands like Fischer and SPIT. Serving customers in Ireland and UK, they are a proud indigenous company, and due to increased demand in the market, and a will to ensure their clients are receiving the best after-sales service, they are looking to welcome a product expert to their team based in West Dublin.

 

The day-to-day:

Getting to  know the  product selection to enable deep-dive training and professional support as regard selections, use and implementations
Providing training to the field sales consultant to ensure they have the best information to take out to clients and potential clients
Stay abreast of new product releases and  additions to the assortment, to always have the information to hand
Work closely with both the end client and the sales teams to make sure everyone has full information about the products, their use and issues around their installation

The person:

Technical background in building or engineering supplies, and an aptitude to pick up the specifications of new products quickly
Strong client focus, and ability to communicate technical information well
Good training ability (often onsite) around tools and products 
Proactive and self-motivated outlook

This role offers a starting salary of up to €50K and a company car, phone and laptop.
