This is a unique opportunity to join a multinational based in North Dublin who are renowned for attracting and retaining the best talent.

The main responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end hardware / software stock ordering; creating POs right through to receipt and allocation of goods
  • Acting as the point of contact for all internal purchasing queries and as the go-between vendors and accounts
  • Monitoring and recording all mobile phone connections and liaising with the relevant network for repairs, returns and cancelations.
  • Updating monthly statements and reconciling current versus future requirements

The ideal candidate:

The perfect person for the job is a Purchasing Administrator with 1-2 years’ experience in a procurement environment. Ideally you’ve worked in a large or multinational company and are confident handling a variety of procurement related tasks. You’re extremely detail oriented, organised and have an understanding of the full procurement cycle.
