Receptionist/Order Administrator – West Dublin

This organisation are a leading provider of animal care products to the Irish market, and come with a long and distinguished heritage. With about 15 in the company, they continue to be busy into 2019, and are now looking to welcome a new member to their accounts and administration team. This person will use their exceptional communication and organisation skills to efficiently take phone and email orders from key clients and input them to the system to ensure fulfilment.


 

What would my day-to-day look like?

Manning the “front desk” (no walk-ins) to take orders via phone and email in an efficient, friendly and detail-orientated manner
Input the orders into the system (SAP Business One)
Responding to order queries to customers and amending the system as needed
Completing other ad-hoc duties related to order taking and administration, as required


 

What should my profile look like in order to be considered?

1-2 years’ in a similar , phone-based role where attention to detail is key
Experience using an ordering system like SAP Business One or similar would be very advantageous
Strong attention to detail, and pride in doing things properly
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Strong phone and email communication skills, and ability to work closely with the internal team

This role is permanent and is based in Dublin 24, within easy reach of Luas, buses and the M50 - it’s an opportunity to work with this successful Irish company, as part of a lovely team, in a key customer-facing role. The role will pay between €25K and €30K DOE + 21 days’ holidays.
