With exciting developments in the pipeline, the time is right for an enthusiastic HR / Recruitment Coordinator to join their Dublin workforce!

You’ll be responsible for supporting the contingent workforce strategy and program, assisting with multiple projects, improvement initiatives, cost management and data analysis.

The day to day life:

  • Ensuring that the company’s contingent workforce processes and policies are adhered to.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for hiring manager queries and requirements, which will result in you;
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders
    • Coordinating with external suppliers
    • Scheduling interviews
    • Assuring financial approval to offer roles out
    • Arranging offers
    • Initiating onboarding
  • Making process recommendations and improvements to continue to drive efficiency and support effective controls.
  • Partner with the vendor contingent workforce teams as required.
  • Lead and facilitate regular data audits around the contingent workforce; numbers, end dates and extensions.

The right person for the job:

You'll need to have 1-2 years' experience in a corporate environment, ideally within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service or Human Resources. You understand the recruitment process and have the strength to hold projects together and keep the stream moving in the right direction. You’re a natural communicator, comfortable dealing with a wide range of different departments and stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with a CRM system (e.g. Fieldglass / Salesforce) is a definite advantage.
