This US-based company is an online leader in their industry there, and is rapidly gaining market share in Europe. With a best-in-class product, fantastic leadership team and a passion for people, they’re going from strength to strength and floated on the NYSE last year. To continue to on-board new clients and educate them about the benefits of the product, they are looking to welcome a results-driven sales development representative to their team based in Dublin City Centre, who will increase the client base advertising on their site. The ideal person will be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial attitude and exceptional communication skills. 


Looks good so far, but what would my day to day look like?

Reaching out to prospective clients to explain the product and convert them to customers who will advertise on the site
Developing these leads over time
Prospect and cultivate low-funnel sales opportunities for account executives
Clearly articulate the proposition to potential clients and be able to overcome objections
Partner will sales executives to work out an integrated plan around conversion
Consistently demonstrate persistence, tenacity and a drive for results 
Develop and meet or achieve all assigned quotas 
Log all sales activity accurately in Salesforce 


Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

Degree qualification with at least a year in sales or sales development
Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Process-driven outlook and ability to understand and follow a proven lead development process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This role is permanent, is based in Dublin City Centre and will pay up to €35K + bonuses and package including healthcare, dental, pension and gym membership. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and progression within the company and a huge emphasis placed on personal development.
