Are you intrigued by the advances in Biometric Data and specifically in digital brain health? Cortechs are a well-funded start-up with an experienced management team in Neuroscience. Having beaten over 6,000 companies in a competition for a large EU grant - they are  embarking on a mission to deliver non-intrusive interventions to people with ADHD, Autism and more via clinicians and hospitals in the US and EMEA using cutting edge technology. They are combining neuroscience and brainwave technologies to create brain powered play to create a more resilient mind. Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the leadership team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
  • Planning and implementing business plans to penetrate new markets and grow globally
  • Strategically targeting relevant enterprise bodies within the ADHD market to present Cortechs
  • Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements
  • Always maintain a good commercial awareness and overview of the product and market
  • Attend conferences and investor meetings as required and talk to peers and raise of profile of company
  • Cortechs have ambitious and achievable growth plans – You will be the driving factor in the success of these plans.
  • You will be converting the company’s vision into a reality!

The Person:

  • Enterprise solution sales experience in the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving targets at enterprise level
  • Previous experience working with a software start-up / small business where you have worked to bring a new product to market
  • You are someone who meets deadline and are focused on meeting milestones; pragmatic, focused, determined and deadline focused
