The time is right for a Sales Enablement Project Manager to join one of the world's best-known names in technology. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a newly developed Sales Organisation within a renowned multinational based in South Dublin.

You will be working alongside an expert team, establishing a new, global sales model to drive impactful sales experiences for customers. You’ll be promoting efficient operations, back-end processes and supporting sellers and leaders. The day to day responsibilities:

  • Managing projects pertaining to the development and implementation of Sales.
  • Monitoring revenue and identifying opportunities.
  • Looking up renewal opportunities.
  • Interaction with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Process analysis and improvement implementation.
  • Training and mentoring new team members as they ramp up and adding them to appropriate systems, tools and security.
  • Supporting the reporting team with audits and ad-hoc reports.
  • Acting as the point of contact for any project/process queries.
  • Updating content on internal systems and keeping all team members informed.

 

The ideal person:

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ Project Management experience and a background in Software industry products and applications. You’ve got outstanding proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite as you’ll be using Microsoft systems every day. You’re confident working with global teams and enjoy the fast pace of a multinational environment. You’re a natural communicator and can work with teams in different areas of the business with ease. Most importantly, you’ll need to be able to maintain strong organisation in different workflows, systems and trackers on a daily basis, with keen attention to detail. If you have an understanding of sales processes, the ability to analyse processes and to think strategically even better!
