With their HQ in bustling Dublin City Centre, additional growing teams and individuals in multiple locations, you will be leading a high functioning team including team leaders and sales and marketing advisors, driving strategy, identifying new opportunities and of course implementing your ideas and experience to the division to hit all-time highs.

To do this role, you should be adaptable to a (rapidly) growing environment, strong on delivering against targets and appreciate the power of marketing! This business has a well-earned reputation (and ability) to spot excellent talent and provide opportunity. Super - But what will my day be like?

  • You’ll be managing the Irish Sales operation, leading the teams to hit milestones and increase revenue
  • Driving analysis and insights for business decisions and new opportunities
  • Working with your teams and internal departments to enhance productivity and performance, ensuring your sales teams are working smart
  • This is an entrepreneurial environment, with great reward and involvement opportunities. It’s fast, no red tape, and your impact will really be felt and seen.
  • There is a clear business plan in place currently – with sales activities throughout Europe and the US, you’ll be joining at a critically important time and playing a VITAL role in the company

YOU? You’re currently working in a sales management position with a proven track record in managing and developing salespeople as well as training new hires

Proven Salesforces expertise with experience with reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards.

PACKAGE: The package on offer is €60-80K salary DOE+ commission + benefits
