Sales Training On-Boarding Manager

 

This organisation is a global leader in the software and services space, and due to lots of new teams being on-boarded this year, they are looking to welcome a training manager with expertise in sales training to their team based in South Dublin. This is fantastic opportunity to work with successive waves of new hires to give them the tools to maximise inside sales and renewals. This is a contract role initially (6 months to begin with), but may be extended and may even  be made permanent.

 

Sounds good so far, but what would my day-to-day look like?

Facilitate the on-boarding of classes of up to 25 solutions sales professionals
Assess, coach and mentor sellers, especially through role-play assignments
Co-ordinate internal trainers/presenters
Provide innovative thinking to continuously improve the on-boarding content and process
Work to build productive relationships with local trainers, sellers and managers

 

Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in training, specifically for sales
Good understanding of on-boarding processes for new hires
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong knowledge of inside sales training tools
Previous classroom training facilitation experience
Experience training around solutions/software sales
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

This role is based in  South Dublin (easy access from M50, bus and Luas), is initially a 6-month contract and will pay up to €88K for the right person. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build process in a key area within this household name organisation.
