This amazing company is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team.

 

Sounds great…. What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the Product and Project teams in an Epic and Feature Program level
  • Supporting Product Management Team in roadmap creation, strategy and definition
  • Supporting the Product Management Team to define Business and End User Value and Prioritisation
  • Supporting to deliver on the Product Backlog.
  • Being a Leader and providing all support to the Scrum Team
  • Ensure Scrum practices and principles are adhered to.
  • Coaching on Agile best practises
  • Ensure the Development Team is self-organising.
  • Facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies, i.e.:  the Daily Stand Up, Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and providing metrics.

Super, what do I need?

Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Team level and Program level Agile practices - Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scaled Agile ( e.g. SAFe, LeSS )
  • Co-ordination and facilitation skills are a must have
  • Excellent relationship skills- demonstrated ability to bring people together to chat and have open discussions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work effectively with teams

 Preferred:

  • BSc. or Master's degree in Computer Science or related IT technical field.
