This company is a leader in their space, with a range of hugely commercially successful web products, delivering an innovative solution to global enterprise customers. They are expanding their senior division as they further penetrate the international market and are looking to welcome a talented and passionate senior business developer to target new corporate accounts across the globe. Joining a high performing team your goal will be to strengthen existing, and build new relationships and converting leads resulting in new long term partnerships. The role will be located at their HQ in South Dublin however will involve a high level of international travel – the more you’re out of the office, the better you’re doing!

A more detailed breakdown

  • HunterStrategically identifying TIER 1 opportunity clients > Generating interest > Building relationships > Proposals/Presenting/RFP’s => Closing the deals!
  • Low Hanging Fruit: Capitalising on existing pipeline and relationships to convert these to new accounts
  • Solution Sales: Working with clients to get a profound understanding of their business, their technology and their current and future requirements
  • Customer Satisfaction: Taking ownership of the full customer journey, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through service delivery, onboarding and hand over to the customer success team
  • Development: As they are constantly improving and developing both their product offering and their personnel, you will be working closely with internal departments, including L&D, product development and the executive commercial team

Requirements for the role

  • Proven track record in acquiring new business corporate accounts – Min 5 years
  • Experience working on RFP’s and presenting at C-level to multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • A high-level understanding of technology and in interest in following market trends. You will be using both of these to target and close new accounts

Package: Salary €60-80K Base Salary + Commission (€70K) + Benefits + Excellent perks and massive international travel opportunities
