A rapidly growing innovative financial services company that has become a house-hold name in Ireland are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This market disrupter is known for their unique and modern approaches in service offering and seeks to put their customers first.

An urgent requirement has come available on this growing team and the crux of this role will see you tackling change and transformational projects in HR as well as working with senior stakeholders and managers in engagement and enablement initiatives. This role will see you work closely with HR thought-leaders backed by their CEO on these mission critical assignments.

This sounds interesting, what is my day to day like?

  • Partner with manager and director levels to offer thought leadership on how to develop and implement people plans and organizational solutions to execute against the business objectives
  • Engage actively with managers to enhance their capabilities and increase their engagement levels
  • Influence, coach and drive impact through effective working relationships
  • Take ownership of massive change management programs that will realign HR within the group
  • Be a champion of people programs and lead the rollout within your client groups (performance reviews, employee surveys etc)
  • Act strategically with your broad and long-term initiatives, combatting complex organizational challenges
  • Work on a number of HR projects relevant to clients and as well as on a number of culture related initiatives

What do I need to be considered for interview?

  • To be Degree qualified ideally in HRM or a relevant field
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a true HR Business Partner / Manager environment
  • A few “battle scars” will help to draw on for complex resolutions
  • Expertise in Manager Capability and Enablement projects
  • A knowledge base of creating and implementing people plans
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills as well as the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. You will be partnering with a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change

In essence your experience and skill-set should be in:

  • Performance management and talent/team development
  • Organizational design and change management
  • Leadership, coaching and people engagement
