Software Engineer – DevOps

This company is growing quickly as they help some of the worlds largest IT Enterprises ship better software and deliver products faster. They are now looking for a DevOps Developer to join their team and help them move the company to a full Containerised solution utilizing Docker. Your role will be to work with the team to analyse the solution and come up with innovative ways to implement the Docker adoption. You will work with one of the largest Telecoms providers in the world, enabling them to modernise they software, you’re job will have a large impact on the lives of millions throughout the world, offering them a smoother, faster service.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent experience in working with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, GIT
• In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and implementing Cloud based infrastructure in AWS
• Proven experience in the automated deployment of infrastructure and services using CloudFormation in AWS
• A good understanding of the principles/methodologies and tools used in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, Security, Monitoring, Rolling Deployments, Failover, Auto-Scaling, and Backups using
• In-depth knowledge of designing and deploying highly available solutions in AWS using VPC's and Route53
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical issues to all levels of the organisation (both technical and non-technical)
• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting ability on all aspects of the Networking Stack
