We are looking for a senior contributor who wants to play a part in both the company number and the shaping future of the sales division. It is enterprise sales across the globe, targeting predominantly the airline industry. This is a strategic position, vital to the future development of the company.

Their culture is one of “collaborating and winning”, constantly looking at new ideas, new ways and with that we need someone who is comfortable working in truly fast paced and evolving environment – sometimes even chaotic!

On successful hire you will assume responsibility for:

  • Ownership and responsibility for delivering new strategic enterprise deals
  • Managing these complex, enterprise solution sales with a 6-18months sales cycle
  • Strategically identify your target market, tactically approaching and closing these
  • Preparing sales presentations, RFP responses to win new revenue
  • Embark on the journey - Playing a senior role in the business, demonstrating a willingness to lead from the front and influence across the business
  • This position has the potential to grow into a leadership position, should that be the direction you choose!

NOTE: This position involves international travel to your global accounts – approx. 30%

To get this job, you will have the following competencies:

  • Self starting individual who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast moving and challenging environment
  • 5+yrs experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with some experience in the airline industry however not a necessity
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills coupled with strong written  skills, specifically with experience completing and winning RFP’s
  • As the company are in a growth phase, some experience in a start-up or a company who have scaled up quickly or perhaps been involved in an acquisition would be advantageous
