This is a leadership role and will join an existing, performing commercial function.

With their HQ in bustling Dublin City Centre, additional growing teams and individuals in multiple locations, we need an eager and ambitious leader, with clear commercial abilities and a passion for delivering customer excellence. Leading a high functioning team of customer focused customer success executives, you will be overseeing plan and strategy for your area, helping clients grow their business. This is a dual role – leadership and strategy.

To do this role, you should be adaptable to a (rapidly) growing environment, strong on delivering against targets and appreciate the power of marketing! This business has a well-earned reputation (and ability) to spot excellent talent, and provide opportunity. Super - But what will my day be like?

  • You’ll assume a senior leadership role, assuming a brand new role in the business 
  • Managing a team of executives focused on the day-to-day account management of existing accounts
  • At the heart of it all is your client so it’s vital the team have a consultative approach and always their best interests in mind
  • This is an entrepreneurial environment, with great reward and involvement opportunities. It’s fast, no red tape, and your impact will really be felt and seen.
  • You’ll be joining at a critically important time. There is a clear business plan in place currently and you’ll be assuming responsibility to further develop this and put your own stamp on it

YOU? You’re a strong leader who enjoys developing people and wants to move into a role where you can play a strategic role as the company grows. Tech experience is extremely advantageous here as well as a background in growing teams

The package on offer is €60-70K DOE, made up of a base salary, bonus and flexi benefit allowance.
