Manage the ATS by responding to, and screening all applications, all the while ensuring a positive candidate experience, whatever the outcome
Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events
Participate in team strategy meetings to  improve recruiting efforts and practices

Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

Be degree-qualified – HR, social science or marketing would be ideal
1-2 years’ relevant experience recruiting ideally in  a corporate (in-house) environment, although an agency background would also be considered for the  right person
Creative outlook and ability to find and try out new ways of attracting talent
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to adapt quickly (things change swiftly in an organisation like this!) and to work effectively to deadline with a focus on results
Excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude

Looks like a fit, but what else do I need to know?
