Experience required:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in admin/customer service/similar role

Want to join an exciting and ambitious creative marketing agency that has a face paced and high energy environment? Do you have a keen attention to detail, great attitude and enthusiasm to learn? There will be multiple deadlines, you will need excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player who motivates others.

Some of main responsibilities include:

  •  Ability to multi-task and manage all aspect of a campaign from scheduling/ liaising with outlets to managing countrywide logistics to briefing staff and collating feedback.
  • Take briefs accurately demonstrating that you get brands and that you understand what the client is looking for.
  • Attracting and recruiting new personnel to join our nationwide Brand Ambassador teams 
  • Development, implementation and logistical coordination of promotional campaigns – with specific concentration to on-trade sampling activations
  • Management of personnel liaison at all points and stages of campaigns 
  • We want somebody who thinks outside the box, goes above, beyond and can deliver vision with passion and confidence
  • Management of the staff hotline for one week out of every three (Monday to Sunday)
  • Good writing and presentation skills for presentations and feedback reporting
  • You’re good with numbers. Effective management of projects to ensure margin and revenue opportunities are maximized and that clients get value for money.

You will ideally have:

  • Passion and drive for the Experiential industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in admin/customer service/similar role
  • Good understanding of experiential marketing
  • Need to have high standards, an eye for execution detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ideally some on-trade marketing experience (but not necessary)
  • Strong attention to detail and Excel /PowerPoint skills essential
  • Confidence/The ability to brief staff and motivate them to execute a campaign to high standards
