They have amazing partnerships that deliver high tech products in the exciting area of payments (loads of career opportunities in this space).  Selling BtoB, they are committed to creating an exciting, diverse and collaborative work environment for employees with good training and development on the product set and selling techniques. This role reports into an Regional area manager who is available 1 week in 4 for coaching and mentoring. As a territory  sales executive you will join their expanding successful sales team. In this field role, with occasional visits to HQ in south side Dublin, you will work with a nationwide financial services partner to leverage leads and referrals and then go to meet them (high street retail businesses). You will, in this particular role cover Leinster but be available for cover for other area managers in the provinces during their holiday, so there will be a significant amount of driving around the country. This is a fast sales cycle, exploring their current contractual obligations, when they come to an end and what the gaps are in their current service.  


  • To achieve set monthly targets in respect of new signings and new growth signings  (25 - 30 sales a month) 
  • Be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales through sustained prospecting and activity through 1. Leads from Inside sales team 2. Partner relationships 3. direct cold calling into businesses Face to Face to explore their needs
  • Provide accurate detailed monthly and quarterly forecast and ensure information on their Sales CRM is kept up to date.
  • initially learn and understand and sell the whole product portfolio to be able to sell it effectively
  • Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the market, including industry, competitors and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified.
  • Interface with other internal departments (e.g. customer services, inside sales, Partner managers) as required ensuring that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Operate within published commercial and contractual guidelines, making effective use of escalation routes to ensure all the relevant information is gathered for the firm to remain compliant. 
  • Comply with all elements of the sales charter, and with all company policies and procedures

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years highly successful direct sales experience in the field in a B2B market place
  • Experience in a role that is primarily focused on new business acquisition in a rapid sales cycle 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts.
  • Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of issues involved in negotiating contracts.
  • An influential and highly effective communicator
  • A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organization
  • a full clean drivers license is mandatory
