Trainee Insurance Claims Officer – Dutch

The role of Claims Officer involves processing medical claims for client`s worldwide, from Australia to Germany and Argentina to Italy, all countries

Ensure a high level of client service while processing claims within an industry leading 48 hours. The Claims Department is a very fast paced and challenging environment, with many different languages used and a mixture of cultures
contribute to team success by meeting agreed personal and team targets for both productivity and quality
work on investigations i.e. identify possible duplicate payments, non-disclosure and fraudulent claims in line with company policies (Training given)
Foster healthy inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries in a professional manner 

Sounds good? What’s needed to get in front of them

Well, you need to speak Dutch, fluently, as the calls and content are complex. You will need fluent English to work as part of the Irish operation.  You will have commercial experience in a customer focused role and be adept at administration (computer literate, using the internet, typing, using MS office. Accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to learn and follow processes are essential (online accuracy tests will be part of the selection criteria)

The offer:

€26-28K salary depending on experience AND free parking, Childcare allowances, Educational Assistance, Training and development budget, sports and social, pension 8% Medical insurance, €1,000 for Taxsaver, flexitime, €2K increase after 18 months and €2K increase as you pass exams
