RECRUITERS have entered into a strategic partnership with leading Compliance Advisory Firm, Compliance Ireland. Following the agreement, a separate Company has been formed and will operate as Compliance Recruitment.
Compliance Recruitment harnesses the knowledge, experience and network of RECRUITERS with the industry and regulatory expertise of Compliance Ireland to deliver a streamlined, 360-degree consulting service for all companies that are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
As Ireland's first and only Compliance Recruitment specialists, Compliance Recruitment ensures that all Companies operating within the Banking, Finance, Insurance and FinTech sectors are meeting their compliance and regulatory requirements whilst also ensuring they have the right people, in the right jobs, at all times.
Currently, these Companies face significant challenges and delays in sourcing Senior Compliance Professionals whilst also ensuring that those professionals are "competent, capable, honest, ethical and of integrity", as set out by the Central Banks Fitness and Probity Regime (Central Bank Reform Act 2010).
"Our motive is to create a powerful new force in Compliance Consulting, a force that is partner-led and client-focused," said Joseph Shannon, CEO of Compliance Ireland.
"We decided to look at the recruitment sector in response to daily requests from clients to source both contract and permanent compliance professionals. We were the experts in compliance and we needed an expert in Recruitment. The award-winning Recruitment Consultancy, RECRUITERS, known for their sourcing and selection processes were the obvious choice for us as a partner."
Under the partnership, Compliance Ireland employees - including CEO Joeseph Shannon - will join the Compliance Recruitment Team along with a dedicated team of Compliance Recruitment focused Consultants from RECRUITERS.
Commenting on the partnership, Gerard Doyle, MD of RECRUITERS said;
"Joining forces with Compliance Ireland will further our growth by widening and deepening the expertise we offer to clients. We're delighted to be able to offer opportunities in compliance to our talent network alongside Compliance Ireland."
The announcement was welcomed by Minister of State for Financial Services, Michael D'Arcy. Minister D'Arcy will be speaking at Compliance Ireland's "AML in Practice" event on August 29th 2018 at The Westbury Hotel.
