We invest heavily in training our staff ensuring that our consultants are the best trained in the industry. Every year for the last 5 years, we have had a consultant shortlisted for the NRF Consultant of the Year. John Hannaway leads our ever-evolving training programme and we have also recently partnered with TSS training who offer a range of courses across Leadership, Communication and Sales Training. We run individually managed personal training plans per consultant, new employees are assessed to establish how they learn most effectively, their training is then adopted. Once our consultants are up and running, we regularly review their processes and offer career mapping, this ensures consultants develop in tandem with their strengths.  

We are in business for the long game and aim to foster partnerships and long-term relationships with our clients as seen by our RECRUITERSource product and the candidates. 

Our team has been crowned industry leaders six times, by the National Recruitment Federation recognising us as a good example of our industry, after being scrutinised on how we behave with clients, candidates and our people. This is the best testimony to our standards.
