What's different about RECRUITERS' Executive Search? 

  1. You will work directly with Brian McFadden who is also your search consultant. Brian has over 25 years experience in Recruitment and Executive Search. Unlike other agencies, we do not rely on junior members to identify leaders to approach, which of course influences the outcome.
  2. Brian is also a qualified Organisational Psychologist and is one of founding Director of our business, RECRUITERS.
  3. Brian is available to sit in on client interviews as part of your panel, to compose the interview format and ensure it is fit for purpose, using a mixture of competency and situational interviewing techniques.
  4. Brian can assemble good psychometric and ability tests as required to supplement your selection process.
  5. As your partner, we take a long-term view on each appointment we make. After the placement, we have coaching / on-boarding sessions at the 30 / 60 / 90 days mark to ensure your new executive is integrating and working well. Sometimes issues can be identified and overcome before they become serious problems. This increases the probability of your new Executive settling in and making an impact in your business from the beginning. 
  6. We charge 21% for our service with one third paid up front. The remainder is billed monthly over 9 months – with a 9 month guarantee period. That’s how confident we are in our selection.
