Gerard Doyle

Gerard has 15 years experience in the Recruitment arena in Ireland having recruited for many top companies in various sectors. Before founding RECRUITERS Gerard had 10 years recruitment experience within a prominent PLC Recruitment firm at Director level and set up various recruitment business units in telecoms, Supply chain, Life sciences and HR. He has comprehensive experience of recruiting within all sectors of the market at various levels, with a particular emphasis on Human Resources, ICT, Engineering and Sales & Marketing

He has helped many organisations to understand and use the latest products on offer from the recruitment industry including Executive Search, Advertised Selection, Master Vendor, Managed Services, Payroll Services and high volume contract and temporary worker solutions.

He previously worked as a retail manager in Dunnes Stores complimenting his experience with a Masters in Training and Performance Management and IPD Qualification. He has lectured in the Senior College Dun Laoghaire in Recruitment and Communication skills.

Brian McFadden

Brian has 12 years experience in Recruitment both domestically and internationally. Before founding RECRUITERS Brian worked in recruitment for over 8 years in one of irelands leading recruitment firms specialising in the ICT and Software industries and worked in Australia for a specialised HR and Recruitment Search agency specialising in the FMCG sector.

His experience is around delivering specialised high end recruitment services to a blue chip client base in management recruitment, selection and assessment. Brian leads a team in Recruiting great people for great jobs in the ICT domain. He has also worked in the voluntary sector in organizational development and executive selection also. Brian is a graduate of Psychology from UCD and a Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology from DCU.
