To determine costs, we look at salaries, benefits and packages paid to full time resources in talent, % of time spent on recrutiment by others in your company i.e. HR, software licences used (ATS, Linkedin, Job boards and more), Metrics - how many candidates are you interviewing before you make a hire, attrition rates, agency fees and more.  

Pricing Models will suit you needs and range from a low % per hire, a fixed amount paid monthly to allow for a certain amount of hires to a cost plus model (costs of running your Talent function with a margin on top) making sure to drop your current costs
