Your Role:

• Advise clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2014
• Provide transactional support on aviation and asset finance matters
• Prepare Annual Returns, AGM documentation, and statutory forms
• Maintain and update statutory registers
• Drive internal compliance development

About You:

•  ICSA-qualified with 2+ years’ experience in Ireland/UK/Europe
• Strong knowledge of company law and complianc 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Must be Ireland-based with EU/UK/Irish passport or Stamp 4 visa
