Personal Lines Executive – North Dublin

What does my day-to-day look like in this position?

• Proactively engage with existing and new clients
• Handle broking, placement, processing, and administering tasks
• Responsibilities include renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business
• Issuing renewal documentation and ensuring policy retention
• Providing motor, home, marine, and travel insurance quotations for new business
• Servicing policies and handling mid-term alterations
• Ensuring timely payment of premiums
• Achieving personal lines renewal income and new business targets
• Generating leads for other business lines when possible
• Dealing with client queries and delivering excellent customer service
• Managing own portfolio of clients
• Adhering to Central Bank regulations at all times

What experience is required for this position?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines
• APA Personal, CIP or Grandfathered and fully CPD compliant
• Excellent knowledge of Personal Lines Market
• Superior organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
