Salary:
- Bonus: M/S Bonus is 10%
- Pension: 8% employer contribution / minimum 2% employee
- Insurance Discount: 50% off car/home insurance (post-probation)
- Lunch Allowance: €70 monthly. (Must be spent in FBD cafeteria – there is options to buy food etc. from local butchers once a month out of it.)
- Health Insurance Subsidy: 20% or €127 of the net premium (applies to full policy). (You would advise FBD of which policy you are on and the discount would be applied to whatever the cost of that policy is.)
- Wellness Wallet: €200 per annum
- Expenses paid.
Location: Dublin 2 days on site. (with nationwide travel during event season)

About the role:
- This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone who loves being out on the ground, running events end‑to‑end, and representing a trusted Irish brand within the agri community.
- The client is looking for an events professional who is organised, practical, and confident managing everything from planning and logistics to VIP engagement and on‑the‑day delivery.
- Events are a core part of the brand presence, and this role will take full ownership of them , relieving the PR team, bringing structure and consistency, and elevating how the brand shows up across the country.
- This year is heavily focused on execution, with the full events calendar already mapped out. Next year, you’ll take the lead on planning, strategy, and scaling the programme.
Your profile:
- You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering the events programme from start to finish. That includes managing logistics, suppliers, branding, props, signage, run‑of‑show, CEO and executive team requirements, VIP lists, and all on‑site activity.
- You’ll work closely with the PR team on press releases, quotes, and event‑related communications, and you’ll support social content and promotional activity around key events.
- You’ll manage one marketing executive, ensuring they support you with execution while you remain the primary owner of the events. You’ll also work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, and external partners.
- You’ll be expected to plan ahead, stay highly organised, and keep everything running smoothlym from spreadsheets and schedules to budgets and supplier coordination. During event season, you’ll be on the ground, representing the brand with warmth, confidence, and authenticity.
What the client is looking for:
- Someone in the 5–10 years’ experience range ,senior enough to run events independently, but still hands‑on and happy to be in the field. You should have strong experience delivering multi‑day events, ideally where senior leadership or VIPs were involved.
- You’ll need to be extremely organised, comfortable planning months ahead, and confident managing multiple moving parts.
- Someone grounded, relatable, and able to connect naturally with the audience.
- You should be comfortable coordinating press releases, preparing quotes, supporting social content, and working with the CEO or exec team on event‑related comms.
- Driving license is a must
Weekend work is part of the role, but it’s shared across the team. There are around eight weekends in the calendar, and attendance is rotated.
