Key to our temporary and contract staffing division strategy, RECRUITERS was invited on to Allegis' Strategic Supplier Platform in 2021.
Each year, Allegis recognise their top 1% of suppliers globally by inviting them to be part of this which is based on Quality, Activity and Partnership scores to make it a well-rounded evaluation. Only 11 recruitment agencies make it onto this platform, making it one of the most prestigious in the industry.
Out of those suppliers for each region, Allegis then give out 3 awards each year:
For the partnership score, Allegis ask all of their programme officers at each of their client sites to rate each of the recruitment agencies that they work with from one to five. The average score across their 11 Strategic Suppliers in 2021 was 4.29 but RECRUITERS got the highest score by being given a 5 by each of the AGS programme officers they work with, giving RECRUITERS a 5/5 overall.
