To become a Franchisee with RECRUITERs you will need solid experience and great relationships with clients in your space of recruitment. The areas we are looking for in Ireland and the UK are LEGAL, ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION. What options are available now?

We are looking for senior / principal consultants who want to be self employed - recruiting in Engineering, Legal, Construction in Ireland and the UK. 

What hours do I have to work?

Totally up to you. As you know the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. The four-hour working week “Silver Bullet” sells books but it does not result in healthy businesses. You know by now that recruitment consultancy is a contact sport – the more you communicate with the market, the more success you will have. But it is up to you. 

Is there much business development involved?

You are here because you want to set up your own business, so yes – there is a lot of business development. You will need to leverage your contacts and build new ones to run your desk. The good news is that is easier under the brand of RECRUITERS, to use our name, our marketing collateral, and our database of clients and contacts as well as testimonials to win more business for yourself.

Are they still my clients?

When you onboard a new client, it will be terms with RECRUITERS. If the client is not signed with us currently or is dormant, then you will be eligible for 10% of all placements made in the first 12 months if you sign them up! Likewise, if we hand you a client and roles, you will pay an extra 10% royalty on those placements, our split fee arrangement internally.

After 12 months, the account is deemed as a 'house account' and no split fees are shared. You will be the main account manager for certain clients as agreed, especially if you have brought them into the business.

What do I get from RECRUITERS?

Loads! In the first 6 weeks, you will have a regular point of contact to become an expert on the RECRUITERS methodology for recruitment. You will be trained on how to use our ATS and CRM system www.bullhorn.com which is the best in the world.

We have over 150,000 candidates in Ireland and the UK which we curate with care and which you can access and use. You will also be able to look up client contacts in over 6,000 companies for your own business development. You will access our Intranet for access to our Marketing collateral, our frequently used documents pertaining to doing business, and more! You will also get access to advertise on our website which has 35,000 visitors a month. We take care of your back office needs -  invoicing, credit control for the placement of candidates, including the financing and controls needed for the placement of contractors and temps.

Are there any social events during the year?

Fun is one of our company values so rest assured, you will be invited to all of our social club events throughout the year. There are many! Feel free to join all, some or none. Completely up to you, but we would love to have you there and meet the team and other Franchisee members. 

What do I need?

Your own home office, phone, computer, LinkedIn licenses, and your own advertising resources you wish to use, You can use our website and company database BULLHORN for candidate searching and management. 

Will I ever get any roles from RECRUITERS to work on?

As a Franchisee you will work in one of our specific opportunities and any roles that arise in our clients in that space - relating to your area,  will be assigned to you. For example, our Legal Franchisee will avail of all legal roles within our client base which will naturally flow to you to work on, as you are the best person. We do not have a legal recruiter for you to compete with. And we have many top legal firms signed as clients for HQ functions, so you will get access.  But it won’t be enough, you will need to do your own business development and have your own clients if you want to go out on your own. The same applies for Engineering & Construction. 

What is expected of me?

The agreement will be to follow the RECRUITERS methodology in terms of using the ATS to record activity with clients and candidates, and to represent the brand to our standards. We will encourage and support you to reach your own targets but will never micro-manage your rhythm of working.

Can I come and work in the office?

Yes, of course, you are welcome anytime! If there is a desk free - you are welcome to come and work amoung us.
