Experienced Personal Lines Executive

Pay: €32,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

We are now looking for a Personal Lines Executive to join the team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage motor and household insurance policies while helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients’ motor and home insurance queries.
• Provide quotes, process renewals, and make updates to existing policies.
• Assist clients with claims and ensure their experience is smooth and stress-free.
• Support clients throughout the insurance process, giving clear guidance and expert advice.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.

What We’re Looking For

• More than 1 year experience in a Personal Lines insurance role - is a must
• APA Personal Insurance - is a must
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance, including motor, home, van, and travel.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a team environment.
